THE CALIFORNIA CONSITUTIONAL RIGHTS FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors provides guidance and general directions for the activities of the Foundation. That includes reviewing and approving receipts and expenditures of the Foundation and providing direction and approval of case selection. Because most of the board members are not attorneys, they will not be able to provide specific directions over cases that the Foundation is actively litigating. However, the case reviews will examine the estimated cost of the case, how money will be raised and spent on the case, and how the case will further the goals of the Foundation.
